Anchors Rest is a gem of a find in Ayr! the apartment boasts stunning river views, where we enjoyed our morning coffees while taking in the serene surroundings. the accommodation is spacious, with 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for our family of four. the fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing us to cook meals and relax in the living room with its comfy seating area. the private entrance added a touch of exclusivity, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, from the free WiFi to the flat-screen TV and free toiletries. the convenient location, just 1 km from Ayr and 6 km from Glasgow Prestwick Airport, made exploring the area a breeze. the nearby Robert Burns Birthplace Museum was a highlight, offering a glimpse into Scotland's rich literary history. Neil, the host, was friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. the private parking space was a bonus, and the heating kept us warm and cozy during our stay.
